Liza completed her Bachelor's degree in Arts and Social Sciences, specializing in Sociology with a minor in Psychology, focusing on family and childhood development. She gained practical experience as an activity leader and childcare worker, fostering behavioral and conflict management skills with school-aged children.
Prior to joining Safer Schools Together, Liza was a volunteer coordinator at a community policing center, documenting community crimes and providing recommendations to crime victims. Additionally, she has worked in conveyancing and privacy & information fields.
Currently, Liza is completing her Bachelor's in Crime and Intelligence Analysis at British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT).
In her free time, she enjoys experimenting with new baking recipes.
